Taking over the reins from 2005 until 2016, she steered the ship with unwavering dedication, facing the challenges head-on.

In 2016, a new chapter in the Amigo Bar's history began as Ambigah's eldest son, Kavinen Parasuraman, assumed the responsibility of overseeing the restaurant.
